I chose to work with David on advice of a colleague at work--David had handled several sales and purchases for my workplace. David was superb--as a first time buyer, and one not handy in the home, David not only took care of finding properties to explore, but was sure to point out things to consider about properties that interested or did not interest me. When I finally was in the negotiation for the property I ultimately purchased, David was terrific about helping with smaller, but important and invaluable items--upgrades, lights under kitchen cabinets, punch list things in my new-construction property. He was knowledgeable about the house and the neighborhood...

We didn't choose David, he was representing a seller for a home we found serendipitously on internet. He met us on a snowy Sunday - he wasn't dressed to the 9's (thank you very much!). These are the things that made our experience with David "a pleasure doing business with": 1.) NOT hard sell - he WAS knowledgeable about the house and the neighborhood (typical stuff but also familiar with general remodeling practices, historical/architectural info, etc.). He pointed out what he felt were the positives AND an objective view of the negatives and easily revealed these to us, but we never felt as if he were trying to convince us or persuade us of anything. 2.) Was essentially always available when we had questions and if he weren't or we didn't want to bother him about some non-"emergent" question, his staff was very courteous, helpful, and communicative (both to him and us). 3.) Even though he was representing the seller and not us (the buyer) I ALWAYS felt that, he always had our best interests at heart as well. 4.) I have and I would recommend David and I would say the things I just told you. at some point we may wish to sell our old home, which we are renting - we would be happy to have David represent us in the future.

This was our first home to buy. The office was so helpful in answering all of our questions. Very patient in sometimes having to repeat or go over items which were done already but David and I did not understand. All the paper work was always done and well before deadlines had to be met. We were extremely lucky to come across David's name when we were looking to purchase a house in the area...we had lived about 100 miles south. What we expected was to have a realtor who would look out for our best interest; keep in mind what we were looking for and to keep the houses in our price range. What we received from David FAR EXCEEDED all of that. David, patiently, showed us houses for 4...yes I said FOUR years before we decided on one.
